Altınhas Group's personnel selection criteria are determined to ensure that staff is selected, trained, evaluated and promoted according to the skills, qualifications and competencies indicated in the job description of the position concerned.

Job applications are recorded in and followed up through the personnel databank, which is updated by Altınhas Holding Human Resources Directorate. It is essential that the applications made are kept confidential. Career opportunities available in general in the group change on the basis of performance, knowledge, skills required and means offered by the post concerned and as such employees are provided with opportunities for vertical and horizontal advancement. Within this context, Altinhas Group has adopted the policy of training its own executives.

Training programs prepared by Human Resources Directorate are available for the employee. These programs are oriented to the self-development of the employee as well as his/her job and offered on different levels and contents to help the employee to increase his/her added value to the company. By means of these training programs, employees of Altinhas Group are provided with equal opportunities for development and training. The basic purpose of the training programs arranged in the company is to improve the level of technical knowledge and skills of the employee while ensuring that the employee acquires the technical knowledge and skills that might be required in his/her next job.
